In front of the Treasury Select Committee, four bankers apologised. A behaviour analyst comments on their sincerity.

“The FSA has not had an ‘impressive’ record.” Sir Ken MacDonald, the Public Prosecutor, recommends a single ‘super-regulator’ and talks about ‘victim crime’. (to be prosecuted!)
